We provide corporate clients with FX payments solutions and tools to help them manage their currency exposure, improve cash flow, and leverage global market opportunities.Monex is seeking ambitious, collaborative, and self-motivated individuals with an eye toward building a successful sales profession in a global growth industry to join our sales teams in DC, Chicago, LA, Houston, and Miami.Sales Development Representatives form the foundation of the Monex USA Sales teams by identifying leads, making qualifying calls, conducting costs analyses and closing business. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starter capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with their peers. With continued positive execution of key qualifying metrics, this role develops into a Sales Director role. Monex USA provides all the tools and training you need to build an exciting and prosperous future with our firm from the entry level roles all the way up to the regional Managing Director.Responsibilities:

Research industries and corporate prospects who have FX exposuresHunt for new business opportunities through high volume outbound activityIdentify decision-makers within target businesses to initiate sales processEstablish rapport with qualified prospectsSchedule and attend prospect meetingsGain in-depth knowledge and understanding of our value proposition and technology solutions to position prospectsUse the CRM to identify, track and manage prospect recordsOvercome objections of prospective customerContact 80+ prospective customers per dayUnder the direction of your Managing Director you will:Be involved in the sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales/pipeline development, and competitor informationAnalyze clients’ business objectives, identify their FX risks and international payment needsMeet and exceed “contributed” sales revenue targetsPrepare for promotion to next level of Sales DirectorQualifications:

Four-year degree, preferred but not requiredExcellent skills in verbal and written communicationHigh degree of professionalismEffective time management skillsStrong desire to succeed; self-motivated; self-starterMust be coachable and willing to try different techniquesAbility to maintain positive demeanor in spite of rejectionsMonex USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
