People Leader:

Build and grow successful teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and career development.Sales Execution:

Lead teams to identify and track new opportunities and lead virtual cross-organizational teams on strategic projects.Develop strategies for driving and closing opportunities and guide teams in understanding customer business needs.Scaling and Collaboration:

Coach teams to learn and apply the orchestration model and build a network of partners.Technical Expertise:

Coach teams on business and market knowledge and act as a thought leader to connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact.Sales Excellence:

Develop long-term customer satisfaction strategies and ensure teams meet sales targets and operational standards.Role Model Microsoft Values:

Treat others with fairness, respect, empathy, and compassion.Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 7+ years of experience.3+ years of people management experience.Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

6+ years of solution or services sales experience.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.Proficient negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in driving new sales using innovative approaches.Technical breadth with enterprise customer level experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
