Get ready for an exciting adventure into the world of cybersecurity!The core mission of the Commercial Account ExecutiveHack The Box is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to help us expand our mid-market clientele in the US. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. This role involves primarily new logo acquisition but will also have the opportunity to own and grow existing accounts. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting B2B sales and forging strong and fruitful customer relationships.The fellowship you’ll be joining:Get ready for a dynamic collaboration! You'll team up with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to supercharge your lead generation endeavors, while Solutions Engineers will join forces with you for those in-depth technical discussions. The Customer Success team will be your partners in ensuring top-notch customer experiences every step of the way.Technology tools & weapons you’ll be using:HubspotLinkedIn Sales NavigatorGongJIRAHighSpotThe adventures that await you after becoming a Commercial AE at Hack The Box:Prospect and generate new logo opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline with ideal target of 3x quota.Create and iterate on a territory plan to optimize time spent creating your own pipeline and leveraging marketing assets.Conduct research to identify ideal target segments and tailor messaging to customer needs.Understand and stay on top of the quickly evolving Cybersecurity market landscape and industry trends.Own opportunities end-to-end - sourcing opportunities, managing evaluations, negotiating pricing, preparing contracts, and closing.Partner with BDRs and Solution Engineers to deliver a world-class customer experience.Maintain accurate forecasts, notes, and next steps in Hubspot (our CRM) and leverage other sales tools (Gong, Highspot, etc.).Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - from Security Analysts to CISOs.Attend conferences, in-person meetings, and industry events as needed.Proactively own your territory from pipeline management to marketing and product feedback.Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Commercial AE at Hack The Box:At least 2 years of experience in Sales roles (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Presales support roles, etc.). One or more years in a full-cycle AE role is preferred.Demonstrated results sourcing new business, growing a business, or expanding a market.Tenacity and drive to seek new business and exceed targets.Experience in building a territory from scratch is a strong asset.Excellent interpersonal skills for creative prospecting, managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders, presenting in front of teams, and contributing to our growing team’s culture.Experience in the SaaS market and an excitement to learn Cybersecurity is a must.
