RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, TALENT SOLUTIONS - MBA

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Talent Solutions team as a trusted adviser to our customers. You will help our customers effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional talent solutions, dedicated to making them stronger and seeking growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while establishing strong personal relationships with potential clients.

Close new business consistently at or above quota level.

Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts.

Circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.

Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A student enrolled in an MBA program currently in the final term or year.

BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of applicable sales experience.

Experience with SaaS sales, sales hunting, and Salesforce.com platform.

Experience with recruitment media and recruiting.

Experience in recruitment consulting or staffing industry.

Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.

Ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment.

Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.

Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.

Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs.

Ability to involve multiple partners and members of the company management team in competitive selling.

This position will be available in Detroit, New York, or San Francisco based on candidate interest and business need.
