Inbound Marketing Specialist Job DescriptionLitify is looking for an

Inbound Marketing Specialist

(IMS) to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing IMS, you'll make a positive first impression and be a lead’s first interaction with Litify. You'll be responsible for reaching out to leads and managing inbound requests with timely and personalized touches.You will work closely with Marketing to research new opportunities, craft the inbound experience, and qualify new leads to advance them through the sales cycle. No prior marketing or sales experience is required, but you must have a passion for creating an excellent customer experience and a desire to grow in the Customer Success field.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute a combination of personalized and automated outreach sequences to qualify marketing leads.Book discovery meetings to learn about new leads, their needs, and their pain points, and gather insights into sales and marketing data points.Track and measure marketing and sales activities to report on performance in the Litify CRM system.Monitor Litify's Sales and Marketing channels — including Litify's chatbot — to meet all inbound requests quickly.Own one-to-one outreach and follow-ups with leads to guide qualified prospects to the next steps.Research and leverage industry insights and datasets to optimize lead communications with the most compelling messaging possible for unique audiences and buyer personas.Research potential leads, lists, and prospective channels to build Litify's top-of-funnel database.Ongoing training and learning from your peers and team leads on marketing strategies, revenue operations, sales tactics, and refined communication skills.Utilize Litify systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools according to Litify standards.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred).Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Empathetic, high energy, with a sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced marketing organization.Passion for customer care and for offering a great user experience.Ability to engage, listen, and determine the quality and fit of a new lead.Collaborative and coachable mindset — you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and business impact.Experience in SaaS products or the legal industry is a plus.
