We Stand For Service is more than part of our name, it’s our mission and our purpose.As a Marketing Manager on the Marketing Strategies Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of marketing programs for our Consumer Banking Division, which consists of Retail Banking, Mortgage, and Small Business Banking. You’ll use your effective communication skills and creative mindset to ensure the development of marketing strategies, tactical goals, and KPIs that align with the division’s strategic goals. You will lead campaigns to launch products, build awareness, acquire Customers, and drive the pipeline and usage of our solutions. While partnering closely with product and key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, you will create and deliver marketing plans in alignment with these objectives and report regularly on progress. A strong understanding of the bank's entire suite of products, how they fit together, and how strategically positioned and sold, to provide the appropriate products and services to our Customers is a necessity. You will collaborate across product management, analytics, marketing, and other key internal stakeholders to achieve success.Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Consumer Banking Division that are geared to meet or exceed the bank’s financial plan targets.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with key lines of business stakeholders, product management, creative services, and communication teams is especially important.Develop subject matter expertise for the Consumer Banking Division establishing yourself as a key partner in the development of the division’s overall strategy. Use market research, data insights, audience segments, and other inputs to help inform and uncover opportunities for growth and focus.Act as a primary point of contact to provide relevant work direction to other team members. The ability to translate campaign or program details into a creative brief is a necessity.Identify marketing collateral needs and branch merchandising and manage the execution with the creative services team.Own and manage the annual marketing plan and calendar ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on budget.Work closely with Consumer Banking Product Managers to craft the product positioning, value proposition, messaging, and direction to our Marketing partners.Join forces with the Analytics Team to leverage customer insights and analytics to design detailed customer and cross-sell journeys and collaborate with the marketing automation manager to implement journeys.Work with Product Managers and the Analytics team to ensure the measurement, tracking, and analysis of marketing initiatives to hit target ROMI is conducted in a timely manner and reported to the team. Analyze and adjust future strategies and forecasts accordingly.Collaborate with the Website and Digital Marketing team and the Consumer Banking Division to deeply understand the holistic user journey across the different touchpoints and define the role of the websites in the ecosystem; align website strategies with broader business objectives and digital marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date and share relevant marketing and growth trends to continually enhance the team’s product and marketing efforts.Support the department in complying with SOX and Internal Audit requirements.Responsible for maintaining current knowledge and adhering to all bank policies and procedures, within the scope of their job, to ensure compliance.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus.7+ years of marketing, product marketing, and strategy development experience within the financial services industry, specifically with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that meet and exceed established business objectives and KPIs.Have a good balance of analytical and creative mindset.Project management experience with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes is necessary.WSFS Bank is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
