Certified as a BCBA by the national Behavior Analyst Certification BoardMaster's Degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or related field and has completed the BCBA approved course sequenceCurrent CHRC Authorization necessarySkilled at record keeping requiredAbility to conduct initial functional behavior assessments (FBA's) and periodically update FBA's necessaryAbility to use evaluative data to create and update positive behavioral support plans requiredAbility to interpret evaluative data and demonstrate skill in diagnostic-prescriptive teaching requiredExperience teaching at the elementary and/or secondary level preferredAbility to use techniques of Safety Care necessaryAbility to work as part of a team required
