Summary The

Senior Sales Operations Analyst

will provide direct support to the Sales organization with Salesforce.com (SFDC), issue resolution, and offer insights that help drive quote process efficiencies and data integrity. They also closely coordinate with departments such as Implementation, Billing, and Legal to ensure synergy on key data flow and interdependencies. This role will help own SFDC data management, process improvement, and SFDC system enhancement training for Sales. They will also help provide oversight for the Sales Analyst by occasionally providing direction on sales team responsibility and ownership of some key tasks and initiatives. At times they will also own quote development for complex work orders and lease agreements. The Sr. Sales Analyst will report to the Manager, Sales Process. As needed their Manager will push down certain responsibilities for SFDC-related projects that are aligned to larger organizational system initiatives and integrations. This will involve requirements gathering, testing, and facilitating project(s) launch/post-launch outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, others as assigned:

Acts as a “pseudo” Salesforce Admin within Sales Operations to be an effective liaison with Manager, Sales Process for IT initiatives regarding Salesforce enhancements/requirements, quota process hindrances, and general problem-resolution.This role for Sales Operations will own and oversee the team’s day-to-day sales order process.Collaborates with Sales and other key internal stakeholders to enhance functionality of Salesforce to improve output, data integrity, and hygiene.Offers support to Manager on key IT projects that involve streamlining systems, improving systems integration and automation, enhancing processes and analytics capabilities for stakeholders.Provides guidance to Salesforce internal customers with regards to Salesforce functionality and enhancements through communications and training sessions.Owns quote process for complex work orders and TCV valuations.Supports Manager’s IT projects from the start of requirements gathering through post-launch facilitation for Sales.Helps direct process documentation initiatives with Sales Analyst based on learning gaps for Sales and enhancements/changes for Salesforce.Basic Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in similar roles.Extensive spreadsheet and quantitative skills.CRM Database mining skills.Proven project management skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration.Prior experience in a data center and/or IT environment.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
