As a

Sales Executive , your key function is to identify and sign new customer accounts in the

Nashville

territory. You will spend most of your time in the field prospecting for new customers while targeting independent and small chain restaurants. This is a hunter position and does not manage customer accounts. Your self-motivation and hunger to win will be key to your success.

Location, Territory, and TravelThe ideal candidate is based out of the Nashville area and covers the greater Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga areas. This position requires minimal overnight travel.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork independently and across matrix organization to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new business generation.Schedule and complete daily prospecting activities; the responsibilities of this role are mostly performed out in the field.Manage sales materials, presentations, new contracts & pricing.Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets on a consistent basis.Track & enter daily sales activities, leads, pipeline into online sales tracking system.Accountable to accurately forecast new business both monthly and quarterly.Minimum QualificationsProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.Ability to drive using your own vehicle, within designated territory on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel required.Ability to prospect, propose, negotiate & close within a short sales cycle.Previous experience with extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience.Effective organizational planning, communication, and superior time management.Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies (Salesforce preferred).Preferred QualificationsField sales experience with a “hunter mentality”, strongly preferred.Sales degree, Business degree, or related.Experience selling solutions to restaurants.Inclusive EmployerAt Restaurant Technologies, we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we’re proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
