The Graphic Designer will assist in developing graphic design and production initiatives for Zaxby's brand. Key responsibilities include designing and producing branded creative materials (print, web, signage, packaging), adhering to brand guidelines and standards, and managing production processes as needed.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:Develop high-quality brand creative for both internal and external purposes including print, outdoor, packaging, events materials, and webContribute to the development and compliance monitoring of brand guidelines and marksDesign creative based on project briefingsManage production process for all assigned projectsCollaborate with vendors and provide files according to specificationsPartner with various departments at ZFL for the development of all associated materialsSupervise and coach future graphic design teamTRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Strong written and verbal communication skillsPassion for design and visual identityUnderstanding of marketing principles and brand messagingExperience in building both print and digital filesPositive attitude, self-starter, creative, organized, attention-to-detailMust be a problem solver and critical thinkerExperience in photography, directing photo shoots, and photo editingExpert in Adobe design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and DreamweaverEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
