Join the Firm Analytics team and help us unlock the power of AI to solve a wide range of business challenges and improve the people-experience through AI-driven capabilities and insights. As a Data Scientist on our team, you will design, develop, and deliver data science solutions requiring LLM and NLP models in support of data driven strategies. You will combine data from multiple sources to develop innovative approaches to solve challenging business problems. You will collaborate with business partners and other data scientists to develop tailored solutions and execute projects from design through implementation and final delivery to internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business partners to design, develop and deploy solutions that enable hyper-personalized interactions.Create features and develop models beyond standard toolset libraries to meet unique business challenges.Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality.Interpret and communicate findings and insights from the data and models to business partners. Clear communication without technical jargon is important to success.Minimum Requirements:Master of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required. PhD desired.5+ years professional experience.Experience with NLP, LLMs, deep learning and working with typical data used in such models preferred.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, R, Scala), and hands-on experience in popular deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
