Position Title:Sr. Lead Data Scientist
Position Summary:
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:
You bring prior experience in formulating problems, extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings and insights, and developing compelling visual representations of analyses with actionable recommendations. You will interact with developers, data engineers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand the problem domain, project requirements, user experience, and demonstrate model performance and its business value.Productionize:
You will design, implement, and deploy high-performing machine learning/AI models and create API endpoints in AWS or Databricks.Own and Manage Projects:
You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects. You will implement processes to continuously detect model and data drift and remedy them to ensure high quality.Limitless Possibilities:
You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage company data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that lead to innovations.Collaboration and Communication:
You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:You'll have a degree or equivalent.Advanced knowledge and prior experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS, or other Cloud platforms.Hands-on experience using Python machine learning libraries like Sklearn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn to build machine learning models such as XGBoost, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression.Nice to have:Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.Familiarity with Deep Learning, Neural Network, or LLM models.Experience with ETL tools like Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Informatica, and/or Stitch.Experience using NoSQL databases to create and query data and prior experience in working on models in the Sales/Marketing domain.Additional Perks:- Excellent Market Rate/Salary- Positive Work-Life Balance- Competitive Benefit Packages Including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance.Company Overview:• AGM Tech Solutions is a Women-Minority owned firm dedicated to serving our clients nationwide.
