As Gray Television expands into the Macon, Georgia market, join us to grow and establish yourself as the marketing expert in helping businesses reach their goals.Job Summary/DescriptionWPGA is seeking an Account Executive to solicit new advertisers with a consultative solution sales approach. The candidate will be expected to maintain/build a new client base and work with businesses to increase their business and realize a positive ROI on their marketing and advertising investment. A successful track record in business development and the ability to provide digital solutions across multiple platforms is essential.Duties/Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited ToDevelop customized marketing solutions and effectively negotiate rates with local clients.Assist in developing effective, memorable creative campaigns that deliver results for our clients.Evaluate programming from across our linear and digital marketing platforms and communicate value and benefits back to our clients.Prospect new accounts and create new sales opportunities in the Macon, McDonough, and Stockbridge areas.Develop targeted sales opportunities specific to a client's needs.Gray Television provides excellent training from the beginner to the advanced media salesperson.Account Executive will be expected to come into the Atlanta station at least 1 day a week.Qualifications/RequirementsYour college degree, strong computer skills, math aptitude, creativity, and understanding of the sales process are the keys to a competitive salary + commission/benefit package.
