About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in UX design, web design, and animation to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in conceptualization, prototyping, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
As a key player in our design team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and user-centric designs that align with our strategic goals and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
UX & Web Design: Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring designs are intuitive, engaging, and user-focused.
Conceptualization & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate and test design concepts.
Animation & Interaction: Create interactive animations and transitions to enrich user experiences and drive engagement.
Front-End Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement and refine designs, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.
Visual Design: Design visual elements such as layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons to enhance the aesthetic and usability of applications.
Tools Expertise: Employ tools like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Sketch to execute design and animation tasks.
Empathetic Design: Apply empathetic design principles to understand user needs and craft solutions that offer a seamless experience.
Demonstration & Communication: Effectively present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
Experience:
Around 5 years of relevant experience in UX design.
Overall experience of 9 years in design roles, with a demonstrated portfolio of successful projects.
Skills:
Expertise in wireframing, visual design, and animation.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Competency in design and prototyping tools: Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, Sketch.
Experience in empathetic design and illustration.
Excellent demonstration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
