Role OverviewAs a Growth Marketing Manager for Chegg Skills, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our workforce skilling platform for enterprise business through effective demand generation and growth marketing strategies. Your role will involve leading the development and success of compelling marketing collateral, optimizing our online presence across various owned and paid channels, and managing marketing campaigns across events, paid media, sponsorship, and organic channels. This position requires a strong background in B2B marketing, an analytical and highly-accountable leadership mindset, and the ability to develop and execute integrated account-based marketing strategies to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive demand generation and lead acquisition for our upskilling platform within the enterprise market segment.Manage the development of engaging and informative content assets such as blogs, white papers, case studies, webinar and video scripts, and guides to support thought leadership and generate interest from target audiences.Lead events and media partnerships to generate interest and develop unique event strategies to drive buyer awareness and engagement at industry conferences.Optimize our online presence through effective owned media strategies, ensuring our website, social media, webinar, podcast and influence appearances, and content ranks highly in search engine results and drives increased buyer awareness.Develop and execute full lifecycle email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and support customer retention efforts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer pain points and co-create targeted account-based messaging and campaigns that address their specific needs with ABM and sales team stakeholders.Collaborate with sales on sales enablement marketing collateral that effectively communicate product value and benefits.Track and analyze marketing performance data, and provide insights on awareness, pipeline, return on investment, and make recommendations for improvement to team and company leadership.Requirements

Proven experience (4-6+ years) in B2B marketing.Strong understanding of the B2B enterprise market, preferably with experience in HR, learning and education, or edtech industry.Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation strategies, including lead acquisition and conversion optimization.Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content assets.Familiarity with owned and paid social media campaigns for B2B marketing.Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders.An accountable leader who takes initiative and gets work done rapidly with a high degree of testing and iteration.A team player with a growth mindset. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
