You will be part of a deep U.S. institutional coverage team that includes relationship managers, investment specialists and client service and support groups. Clients and prospects covered include corporate treasury teams, corporate endowments & foundations and other institutional investors. Our client base has a strong footprint in Fixed Income and Alternative Investments, although the team is responsible for growing our business broadly across the active, passive and alternative asset classes.Role DetailsAs a Relationship Manager, you will:Primarily responsible for acquiring new institutional clients as well as additional revenues from an existing client baseIntensely focused on asset owners and the consultants who advise them; you are self-motivated and have a strong history in, and knowledge of the institutional marketplace, particularly corporate balance sheets, endowments, and foundationsDeveloping business and maintaining relationships with the institutional client base in the USClosing business and maintaining relationships with the targeted or similar institutional client baseKnowledgeable of investment products, investor demands, and industry regulationsWe are looking for:5+ years previous relevant experience in the client coverage portion of the asset management industryMinimum a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, CFA and MBA is a plusRelationships with institutional asset owners and their consultants/advisorsAsset management industry experienceLicense(s) required:Series 7 and 63What we’ll offer you:At DWS we’re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves and it’s important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy and rewarded. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
