Overview

The Global Information Technology and Digital (IT&D) department is focused on strategy, execution and support of key systems, data, and security, as well as driving the strategy and execution of transforming Genmab into a leading data driven and digitally enabled organization. Our goals are aligned with our business objectives and our longer term enterprise objectives as outlined in our 2030 vision.

The IT&D function aims to:Develop cutting edge strategies to advance our Digital Ambition and 2030 company visionAdvance our product management practices through the standardization and adoption of agile methodologies, tools, and processesProvide services which exceed the needs of our growing businessEducate our employees to leverage leading edge technical solutions such as GenAI and harness IT & Digital services to meet their growing needs.As Information Technology and Digital continues its fast growth, aligned with Genmab’s overall growth, we are seeking an energetic and skilled Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Head of Global Information Technology and Digital, as well providing some support to 2 to 3 VP level direct reports.

Responsibilities

Key liaison with counterpart executive admins across the companyCalendar and expense management for SVP and 2 to 3 VPsTravel planning, booking and monitoring to ensure colleagues are supported during business travelCoordinating team and partner meetings across different time zonesHelping to facilitate ITDLT and group “All Hands” meetings and agendasCoordinating joint document reviews as requested by the SVPMaintaining and managing team sites access and structure including organizing and clean up activities for outdated contentAssisting with Monthly/Quarterly reporting activitiesAssisting with build out of communication (email/Word documents) as well as PowerPoint presentation refinementsMeeting room reservation and on occasion order food serviceAdditional responsibilities to be assigned and support, as neededRequirements

4+ years’ relevant experienceDetail oriented with strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAssociate degree preferred or equivalentCollaborative spirit and ability to work with domestic and international teamsLimited international travel is possible but likely not requiredDesire to learn new solutions and ways of working to drive efficiencyA team player but can equally be effective in working independentlyDemonstrates courage to challenge the status quo and propose new/complementary solutions and ideasFor US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$71,250.00---$118,750.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
