at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:Team Leadership and Development:

Lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to ensuring timely renewals for a high customer retention rate.Provide coaching, development, and career growth opportunities for your team.Customer Engagement and Growth:

Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand customers' usage of our evolving capabilities and services.Act as a customer advocate, gathering internal feedback to continuously improve our service offerings.Conduct regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews to enhance user retention and adoption.Serve as an executive sponsor with key stakeholders.Operational Excellence:

Maintain and enhance systems and processes to streamline daily operations for the team's efficiency and effectiveness.Track accounts to identify and mitigate churn risks, closing gaps as needed.Provide accurate forecasting for churn and upsell.Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing and revenue operations to segment and target customers effectively.Partner with marketing to develop, launch, and track successful campaigns at scale.Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for our product teams.Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to develop new training materials for successful customer onboarding and business-wide adoption.Onboard and coach new employees to ensure their success within the 1WorldSync family.Perform other duties as assigned.Culture and Values:
