Responsibilities
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings.Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior attorneys.Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.Communicate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.Maintain client files to ensure up-to-date information is available to other attorneys, paralegals and support staff.Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Florida Bar AdmissionExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Must possess great time management and problem-solving skills.Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.Must meet expectations for billing goals.Interested in hearing more?
