Overview:
We seek a dynamic Regional Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our existing Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical clients. This role emphasizes business development beyond our current client base to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical clients.Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients and grow market share.Meet and exceed set weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure consistent sales growth.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship selling.Proven expertise in the Life Sciences industry.Experience selling IT Staffing (Contingent Labor) and SOW (Managed Services).
This role will support our NJ/NYC markets!
