Why Consider This Job OpportunityCompetitive compensation and generous benefits package, including full health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and disability.Opportunity for career growth and development within a rapidly growing global company.Implementation and oversight of Sales Excellence Playbook for a division within the company.Utilize technology and automation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market teams.Control and monitor sales results to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales leadership to develop learning and development agenda for front line sales teams.What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)Lead the implementation of Sales Excellence playbook for a division and manage adoption of global sales processes.Drive the adoption of Sales Excellence to maximize sales productivity and analyze sales outcomes and customer feedback for continuous improvement.Lead sales forecast and track incentive program for the division and incorporate learnings in the sales process.Define learning and development agenda for effective onboarding and continuous skills development of front line sales teams.Synthesize findings into insights across sales projects and provide thought leadership for future growth opportunities.What Is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.4 years of direct experience in sales support or equivalent experience, preferably in B2B sales.Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.Data-driven mindset to drive sales and revenue growth.Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated and driven to produce results.How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.Experience in the supply chain industry.Solution-oriented mindset to influence change.Superior organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
