Job Description: Account ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospects, understanding their individual needs, and recommending media products or services that maximize value. You will also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Continuously identify and research potential clients to build a pipeline of leads to meet call, meeting, and proposal targets.Cold Calling:

Make at least 100 calls per week to prospective clients to introduce the company’s media/advertising services and set up initial meetings.Client Meetings:

Conduct at least 10 meetings per week with both new and existing clients to discuss their advertising needs, present campaign ideas, and negotiate terms.Proposal Development:

Craft and send at least 10 detailed proposals per week that outline the advertising solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements and objectives.Follow-Up Communications:

Regularly follow up with clients via phone, email, or in-person to advance the sales process, address any concerns, and keep the momentum going.Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, updates, and ensuring their needs are met to encourage repeat business and referrals.Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate the value of the services offered, tailored to the unique needs of each prospective client.Negotiations and Closing Deals:

Engage in negotiations with clients regarding pricing, timelines, and specifics of advertising campaigns, working towards closing deals.Campaign Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and finance to ensure all client commitments are met and campaigns are launched as agreed.Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals sent, and feedback received, using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively.Market Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and offer clients the most current and effective solutions.Performance Analysis:

Regularly analyze the effectiveness of the sales strategies and modify approaches based on performance data and client feedback.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are communicated and understood across the team, fostering a collaborative environment.Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and understand new media/advertising trends and technologies to better serve clients.Reporting:

Provide weekly reports to management detailing call outcomes, meeting notes, sales progress, and any challenges faced.Requirements:

Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.Adaptability:
