C3 AIC3 AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain located onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, California. As a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain, you will serve as the primary focal point for C3 AI product efforts in AI-based supply chain and logistics use cases. You will leverage your prior supply chain experience and gain deep expertise in our products to develop supply chain enterprise AI applications that deliver meaningful business value for our customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the planning, design, and implementation stages of C3 AI supply chain applications to positively impact our success.C3 AI Applications span across multiple industries, such as energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. As a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain, you will be building SaaS products that provide value to solve important and complex supply chain problems: inventory optimization, supply network risk, supplier delay risk, OTIF prediction, demand forecasting, sourcing price optimization, etc.Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and own all aspects of your SaaS product:Vision for a comprehensive feature roadmapDetailed product specification documentationUser experience, customer satisfaction, and QAMarket positioning and customer targeting and segmentationDifferentiated collateral to support sales, including customer testimonials and case studiesDevelop a thorough understanding of C3 AI SaaS Applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customersSupport pre-sales activities (trials, pilots) to ensure consistent and successful use of existing SaaS applications across our global customer basePositively influence sales, engineering, and customers to ensure success of your productCollaborate with the C3 AI Customer Success team to ensure our customers deliver on their Digital Transformation VisionEffectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationshipRegular travel (25+%) to customer sitesQualifications
Bachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred8+ years of work experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably including 4+ in product management or similar management consulting roles. Project, educational, or self-taught experience in big data, analytics, and data science is a plusSignificant relevant experience in, or supporting, complex supply chain businesses. The ideal candidate will fluently understand advanced supply chain concepts (multi-echelon inventory, for example) and Planner/Buyer user persona requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and bias for action – you have the ability to navigate both business and technical domains and will provide guidance to internal and external implementation teamsTime-management and prioritization – you are comfortable simultaneously working across many projects, both collaboratively across diverse teams (including customer-facing and internal teams) and self-starting initiativesDesire to quickly grow subject matter expertise in supply chain use cases – you are excited to learn about both C3 AI technology and relevant industry domains (such as manufacturing, energy, or life science)Value self-learning – you habitually further your understanding of relevant areas of interest, such as AI, cloud computing, and software developmentCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package, and a generous equity plan.California Pay Range: $177,000—$216,000 USDC3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
