As the Head of Business Development you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be Employee #4. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Director and VP+ level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team.Qualifications

5+ years of experience (in life sciences, tech, or finance)Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies; can provide billing historyFocused and goal-orientedWhat We Offer
