If you’re a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you’ll still consider applying.How You’ll Make a DifferencePartner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives, taking ownership of the recruitment process, and developing effective strategies to achieve headcount goals.Initiate and implement creative changes to enhance the existing recruiting strategy, demonstrating a proactive and ownership-driven approach.Track and analyze metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress to business leadership, and utilizing insights to continuously refine and improve the recruitment process.Focus on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach to talent acquisition.Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive senior to executive-level candidates, showcasing a deep understanding of the technical landscape and aligning high-level skills with organizational needs.OwnershipTake full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Drive initiatives to improve and optimize the recruitment process, demonstrating a sense of ownership and accountability for achieving hiring objectives.Who You Are5+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house experience.Passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a blend of professionalism and friendliness.Proven ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines.Active and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a focus on making processes more efficient.Growth mindset and flexibility to shift tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.The pay range for this role is listed below.
