Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe Business Technology Go-To-Market Close team is seeking a dedicated, highly motivated Product Owner to build, define, and drive the Salesforce-Conga quote-to-cash technology and feature development roadmap! This role will be responsible for defining our technical product roadmap, crafting an automated customer experience, and researching and developing new features and capabilities. The Product Owner will work hand-in-hand with business partners and Business Technology teams to drive the customer journey aimed at providing our sales, finance, legal, and product partners a cohesive experience across Workday.About the RoleProgram Management (Product Owner) - runs multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key achievements. Developing product strategy: Evaluate customer, competitive, and market data to understand the market dynamics. Develop and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to meet the market needs.Key DutiesCritical thinking and experience in defining product vision and strategyExperience researching and prototyping new technical capabilitiesUnderstand complex business processes across multiple workforces in a hyper-growth company.Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity, and take conclusive actionStrong communication skills to interact with team members, management, customers, and other partners at WorkdayWork collaboratively with complex multi-disciplinary teams across all functions of the organization to ensure successful product development and launchEnd-to-end implementation experience including project management, issue management, and communication.Leadership in uncovering real problems and unpacking sophisticated ideas to a variety of audiences, from engineering to customers, in addition to excellent communication and presentation abilities.About YouBasic Qualifications:5+ years of Product Owner experience3+ years of Salesforce experienceOther Qualifications

Experience working closely with product managers to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycleDeep understanding of the Salesforce environmentAbility to clearly articulate product requirements and prioritize improvement requestsWorkday experience is a plusAbility to lead a project and timeline, taking vital actions to achieve results.Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zonesGood organization and leadership skillsAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced team including highly technical areasBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
