Join us.About The FSSC TeamThe mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient, and controlled manner. The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Expense Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. This position will report to the Expense Management lead. You will become an integral part of our growing finance team, working closely with global teammates.ResponsibilitiesExpense Policy Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's expense and reimbursement policies, offering expert guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.Conflict Resolution: Address employee escalations with finesse, employing strong communication skills to resolve issues effectively.Policy Adherence: Conduct thorough 1st or 2nd level review and approval of travel expenses, employee reimbursements, and corporate credit card transactions, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.Educational Outreach: Deliver comprehensive reimbursement education to both internal teams and external clients, fostering a culture of understanding and compliance.Support and Coverage: Provide essential support to the Finance Service Center, stepping in to offer coverage as needed.QualificationsRelevant Experience: Experience in general accounting or reimbursement, with a preference for exposure within the technology or Internet sector.Tech Proficiency: Display advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial systems. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
