If you have proven experience in financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis, reporting, collaborative attitude, and enjoy new challenges, apply to join Freddie Mac’s EO&T (Enterprise Operations and Technology) Finance team.We are seeking a Financial Management Professional that will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable financial information for the Enterprise Operations & Technology division. This individual will play a key role in the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and month end processes for the Divisions within EO&T. This individual will also be accountable for understanding and supporting: the Block funding methodology, Spend Category % allocation, and Service alignment.Your Impact:Responsibilities include:Develop and prepare monthly forecast and yearly budget for EO&T DivisionReport monthly actual performance against forecast/budget and develop analysis for variancesDevelop relationships with cross functional teams at various levels to understand business drivers to provide insightful analysis and commentaryPrepare and maintain labor and non-labor monthly accrualsReview, analyze and maintain Software and Software Maintenance Contracts (renewals and new acquisitions)Review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding EO&T spend requests to forecast/budgetsAd hoc reporting and financial analysis that address business needs, support in business case and non-labor deal reviews creationShare best practice and knowledge with team membersQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2-4 years of related experience. Technology Finance experience a plusBudget preparation and forecasting for cost centers/expense accounts experience a plusKnowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday, Hyperion (SmartView) and Apptio (Budgeting Tool) a plusPresentation development skills with MS PowerPoint to facilitate messaging for executive management audiencesAbility to effectively interact with internal business customers while maintaining a high level of customer serviceAdvanced level skills with MS ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsKeys to Success in this Role:Personality type who thrives in a team orientated collaborative environmentStrong organizational and planning abilitiesAttention to detailCurious mindset and willing to learn & growAbility to use data to help inform strategy and direction for current/future spendToday, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing. site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
