Participating in the co-development of patient marketing strategy and content through participation in the yearly AOP planning process.Providing strategic assessment on program performance and optimal spend mix within programs managed as part of broader patient activation strategy.Developing and executing Patient outreach programs, including needs assessment, program ideation, program management, execution, and performance analysis.Managing Edwards Patient Community program including, but not limited to, email, phone and in-person communication on events, product information, and FAQ. Liaise with cross-functional teams on broader Edwards patient engagement strategies.Managing Patient advisory council, including, but not limited to developing patient opinion leaders, and identifying opportunities to elevate our Patient’s voice in key operational processes such as clinical trial recruitment, non-personal promotion, internal meetings, Patient testimonials, and specialty events.Building and maintaining Patient omnichannel CRM.Curating and scaling strategic patient stories and videos for multi-audience, omni-channel dissemination, in alignment with cross-functional marketing partners.Driving marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for major product launches.Managing budgets related to product line, campaigns, and projects.Other incidental duties.What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, 8 years of work experience required ORMaster's Degree or equivalent in related field, 6 years of work experience required, working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred.Previous experience in Direct-to-Patient or Direct-to-Consumer.Must work in our Irvine Headquarters location.What else we look for (Preferred):

Strong desire and ability to interact directly with an elderly Patient population, strong sense of customer service.Proven successful project management skills.Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.Extensive understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles.Strict attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $158,000 (highly experienced).
