We're looking for a crucial addition to our software engineering team. Your contributions to our internal CAD/CAM automation software suite ( Copilot ) will automate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis, CAM programming, and CMM programming. Collaborating with top-tier operators, we identify areas ripe for software augmentation or automation.

In this role you will:

Develop and deploy critical applications that automate complex, precise processesSupport frontend development across multiple product verticalsCollaborate with industry experts to deepen your understanding of the fieldBe a part of an innovative team of engineers, operators, and top-notch machinists/CAM programmersEnjoy autonomy with significant room for growthQualifications:

3+ years demonstrated expertise in React / Typescript / ReduxProficient in HTML/CSSExperience with styled-components, tailwind, and REST APIsAware of client-side performance considerationsStrong familiarity with software design patterns and interfacesStrong analytical and technical abilitiesUnit testing experience (Jest/ Cypress /Testing library preferred)Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to articulate technical design trade-offsYou are a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of StatePreferred Qualities:

For this role, the target salary range is $150,000 - $275,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
