The Corporate Recruiter at Total Wine & More is responsible for executing the day-to-day talent fulfillment plans of their assigned business units. This position manages the full recruiting lifecycle processes and is responsible for sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and hiring a diverse talent slate.

This position will leverage both passive and active methods, partners, and resources to execute against hiring plans. The position will also serve as a consultant and advisor to Human Resource partners and Hiring Managers on candidate availability in the marketplace and will provide guidance on selection methodology.

You will:

Leverage organizational understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers towards fulfilling hiring goals.Work with Internal Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Hiring Manager to align talent attraction and pipeline strategies with business needs.Review minimum qualifications and job profiles of each position and work with clients to identify and/or develop evaluation criteria.Provide expert-level usage of selection, assessment tools, and screening.Facilitate and effectively manage the candidate interview process.Drive candidates through the interview and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers and utilizing existing applicant tracking systems.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process.Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Support special projects as needed.

You will have:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitment.Excellent relationship management and judgment skills.Ability to influence without formal authority.Knowledge of automated applicant/requisition tracking systems.Comfortable navigating a decentralized, matrix organization.
