As an expert technology adviser and managed service provider with cross-platform certifications, Ensono empowers our clients to keep up with continuous change and embrace innovation.About the role and what you’ll be doing:You will be driving the operational and engineering aspects of these services for Ensono’s clients.Building and leading a team of 30 associates globally, with expertise in monitoring Operating Systems, Databases, Network, Virtual and Storage Backup components.Responsible for ensuring monitoring is functioning continuously, generating alerts and tickets properly, along with adopting AI/ML use to achieve utmost granular and efficient data.Oversee global team members responsible for Ensono’s Distributed Monitoring Tools, including BMC Truesight, BMC Helix, Entuity, VMWare Aria and several others.Responsible for complete support, management, lifecycle, sustainability and availability of Ensono’s Distributed Monitoring Tools.Lead and design integrated Monitoring Solutions to ITSM system for Ensono’s Clients.Design, Plan and Enable adoption of AI & ML learning to Ensono’s Monitoring environment, aiming for proactive prevention of incidents.Manage Capital and Expense budget related to licenses, usage and support of Ensono’s monitoring tools.Evaluate best practices for monitoring and visibility purposes, establishing strong relationships with associated vendors.Establish strong processes empowered with automation for audit intention, ensuring components under Ensono’s management are done properly.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancement and automation maturity.Collaborate with Ensono’s Product, Security and Operational Teams to prioritize Corporate Programs and Projects, aligning resources accordingly.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience managing infrastructure technology and operations.10+ years of experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Monitoring Tools such as BMC, Entuity, DataDog, or similar.Positive influencing verbal and written skills to build relationships and lead.Ability to think holistically about processes that impact business engagement and continually refine processes.Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL reference models.Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives, driving change and innovation.Excellent written and communication along with interpersonal abilities.Ability to thrive in an independent and collaborative fast-paced environment, managing priorities properly.Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the financial services field.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Master’s degree in an information technology related field.Advanced ITIL certification or training, including ITIL v3 and v4.Experience with AI/ML integration into ITSM practices is a plus.Why Ensono?Ensono is a place where we unleash Associates to Do Great Things – for our clients and for your career.
