Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical experience for our technology client. The technology business analyst is a professional who bridges the gap between the business and IT domains of an organization. They are responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and communicating the business requirements, processes, and solutions for various technology projects and initiatives.

Primary ResponsibilitiesGather and document the business needs and objectives of the stakeholders and users, and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT team.Conduct research and analysis on the current and future state of the business and IT systems, and identify the gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Design and propose the optimal solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the IT capabilities and standards, such as software applications, system architectures, data models, and workflows.Facilitate and participate in the testing, validation, and implementation of the solutions, and ensure that they deliver the expected benefits and outcomes.Provide training, support, and guidance to the stakeholders and users on how to use and optimize the solutions.Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the solutions, and provide feedback and recommendations for enhancement and maintenance.Collaborate and communicate with the business and IT stakeholders, such as project managers, developers, engineers, testers, and vendors, to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the technology projects and initiatives.Education and Experience4-6 years of commercial pharma business and data analysis experience or technology projects and initiatives.Knowledge and understanding of IQVIA and Symphony data.Understanding of key business processes across sales, sales reporting, IC, alignment, etc.Ability to liaise with business and technology representatives to drive requirements specifically for warehouse business rules.A strong knowledge of the business analysis principles, concepts, and methodologies, such as BABOK, UML, BPMN, and Agile.A proficient understanding of the technology systems, tools, and languages, such as SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira, and Python.A high level of analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.A proven ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and budgets.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
