Job DescriptionThe Manager, Incentive Compensation (IC), Botox Therapeutics, Eye Care, Parkinson’s (BEP) is responsible for developing and managing a motivational sales incentive program throughout the BEP organization that aligns with each business's strategic objectives. The candidate will oversee all aspects of IC, including program design, fairness and equity testing, pay curve evaluation, SPIFF modeling and implementation, as well as field communication, education, and support.Key Responsibilities:ConsultingPlan, design, analyze, implement, communicate, administer, and validate all sales incentive programs, including contests and kickers.Develop incentive programs based on identified marketing and commercial strategies, available resources, and overarching incentive program design.Provide guidance and support in the development of special incentives.Manage relationships with compensation processing vendors, including project management, incentive validation, change implementation, and reporting.Work closely with field sales, sales management, marketing, marketing analytics, business insights, forecasting, sales reporting, and Executive Leadership to ensure program alignment with corporate objectives.Assess special incentive requests based on business needs and alignment with guiding principles.Evaluate proposals regarding data availability and cost/time requirements.Ensure timely communication of franchise-specific changes to the outside vendor team.Validate and approve franchise-specific results from ongoing operations (attainments, payouts, eligibility, etc.).Stay updated on industry trends and practices in sales compensation, providing insights and recommendations to Leadership.Help manage vendor and internal project teams to analyze performance outcomes, refine current programs, and develop new incentive programs for field sales personnel.AnalyticsPerform regular analysis of IC results to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increased motivational value.Analyze the impact of changes in franchise-specific sales trends and overall strategies on performance and IC results.Host field sales taskforce meetings to discuss and refine programs.Support Leadership in promoting strategic incentive plan design and concepts.Develop reporting, analysis, and insights that guide business decision-making.Work with stakeholders to develop specifications for sales data, including format, processing rules, and timing.Provide support to Leadership and field personnel in response to incentive questions and investigations.CommunicationDevelop communication materials for Leadership that clearly and motivationally convey the incentive program.

QualificationsEducationBA/BS degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.5+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant experience.BackgroundCollaborates and can influence without authority across organizations.Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.Confidence in providing subject matter expertise to Executive Leadership and Sales Leadership.Understanding of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors preferred.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently.Ability to develop and deliver training and communications.Public speaking ability addressing groups of various sizes.Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate finance concepts.Experience working directly with pharmaceutical sales data sources.Ability to apply mathematical concepts to assess and respond to verbal questions or proposals.Ability to thrive in a team and matrixed environment.Ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.Exceptional process, project, and resource management skills with a track record of meeting timelines.Organizationally savvy and results-oriented.Travel: Up to 15%
