Specific benefits plans will vary by country/region.Within our Software Solutions team, you will be innovating and engineering cutting-edge technologies to transform the future of customer experience (CX) and empowering our clients to work in new ways, learn from new insights, and rapidly seize new opportunities!Your Impact:Your success here at Concentrix will directly affect the growth of our overall organization.You will be a lead in technical design and architectural expert, presenting detailed technical proposals for clients that demonstrate outstanding value, time to market and superior client experiences to our customers.Review RFP requirements while leading solution design.Develop and deliver technical presentations.Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product demonstrations.Build and configure demo scenarios in Genesys or NICE CXone Cloud Admin and Architect including ACD, IVR, outbound dialers, queuing, skilling, quality, ACD, Email, Web Messaging, and SMS and other digital channels.Your Qualifications:7 years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience.Genesys Cloud or NICE CX certification.Knowledge of contact center skills, including ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, queuing, skilling, VoIP, DID, TFN, DNIS, call recording and screen recording.Experience working with Google Cloud, AWS / AWS AI and ML, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lexbots, and Microsoft Azure.Knowledge of other contact center platforms and VoIP protocols.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior-level personnel and Team members.Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook.Location:
