Take Command is growing! We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our ambitious Finance team. Are you looking for an opportunity to play a critical role in driving key decisions in a fast-growing business?

Who are you?

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Director to manage and optimize the revenue operations process. You will be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. You should also be comfortable serving as a business partner to senior leadership, delivering complex reporting and efficiencies to the organization.

On a regular basis you will:

Serve as a partner in ensuring that all revenue-generating activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and retention rates.Identify areas where processes can be improved or streamlined in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.Work cross-functionally to conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth.Control data dashboards and develop revenue forecasts to communicate business goals with teams.Oversee data systems and ensure data quality, analysis, and reporting improvements.Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process.Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.Effectively communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure alignment on strategy across all teams involved in the process.

Qualifications:

You have a background in revenue operations, reporting, and/or finance. Prior startup or operating experience is a plus.7+ years of relevant experience; MBA not required but is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as HubSpot, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals.Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.Flexibility and adaptability to change.A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
