The Head of Production Cell Leader is tasked with creating and executing strategies to elevate the cell to world-class performance standards. They must also build a team with the authority and agility to make swift decisions. Additionally, they will develop engaging people models that inspire enthusiasm for producing high-quality laundry and home care products safely.Create plans to implement continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives as well as lead a team to execute on plans.Work closely with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for development.Implement and monitor Henkel's TPM program.Develop and mentor a team of capable leaders ready to thrive and grow within the organization.
