QSI is known as the “Service Center” and provides the ancillary business lines and leaders it serves with “back-office” support in areas such as accounting, compliance, human resources, information technology, learning and development, legal and risk management. We want an individual in this role who will demonstrate these values through actions and words.As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be a key player in our HR team, contributing to various aspects of human resources management.Must be able to understand the unique needs and intricacies of our ancillary business lines and how to apply this knowledge to HR strategies and decision-making.Provide coaching, mentorship and upskill current HR Representatives in HR best practices and knowledge.Assist employees and managers with self-service tools and processes.Client HR Support (Special Projects & Audits)Coach managers on performance management processes. Facilitate performance reviews and goal setting.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and communicate policy changes to employees.Conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Develop and deliver Manager training sessions.Stay informed about HR laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.Safeguard data privacy and confidentiality.Assist in internal communication efforts.Handle employee concerns and conflicts. Escalate investigations as needed.Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Utilize Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics. Train others on system usage.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.4+ years of progressive HR experience.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of HR procedures, Workday, and federal/state employment laws.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Additional Information

Compensation: $80,000- $95,000 DOE;
