The
Program Coordinator
will support the operational management of the Health Scholar and additional workforce programs. The
Program Coordinator
will be assisting in key operational work as assigned by the Program Manager, Regional Manager or Director. The

will maintain administrative activities and support day to day tasks related to the onsite programs including recruitment, enrollment, administrative support, marketing, and additional tasks as related to the programs.FLSA StatusNon-ExemptSalary Range$20-$30 per hourReports ToRegional ManagerDirect ReportsNoneLocationSeattle, WA(Onsite)TravelUp to 20%Work TypeRegularScheduleFull-TimePosition Description:Recruitment and EnrollmentPresent program overviews to classrooms on college campusesSupport recruitment efforts by attending job fairs, community events, distributing flyers on campus, or facilitating open house eventsRespond to applicant phone and email inquiries in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain trackers to ensure organization of enrollment processesPrepare materials for orientation and interviewsCompose communication to applicants regarding their status and next stepsEnsure that all applicants’ health records, background checks and drug screens are compliant with health system policies and are filed appropriatelyFile ManagementAssist COPE Health Solutions staff with planning for and executing file audits of active files to ensure complianceAssist COPE Health Solutions staff with auditing online platform profiles to ensure accuracyFile paperwork as appropriateEnter information into online platforms as neededDepartmental OperationsWork with the Scholars to ensure that Scholars are appropriately scheduled for weekly shiftsEnsure that monthly hours are entered and confirmed on the online platform as appropriateTraining OperationsTrack and support applicants with training modules and review sessionsWork with the program manager to prepare in-person training sessions, practical exams and written examsOther DutiesMaintain an operational work plan as required by the Program ManagerAssist in ensuring Policies and Procedures for the COPE Health Scholars Programs are upheldAssist with scheduling, space reservations and coordinating for meetingsAttend and participate in Leadership Team and Executive Team meetingsMaintain an open line of communication up and down the chain of command including bringing all questionable or “red flag” situations and matters to the Program Manager, Regional Manager, and DirectorAssist in the efficient execution of operations of the programMeet or exceed all milestones, deadlines and deliverables of any work plan set by the Program Manager and DirectorQualifications:Enrolled in or graduated from the Health Scholar Program preferredPast participation in the Health Scholar Program Leadership Team preferredStrong customer drive and dedication to quality and successAble to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to work well independentlyAnalytical thinking skills and a strong and dedicated work ethic are requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Familiarity and proficiency with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and SnapchatBenefits:As a firm passionate about health care, we’re deeply committed to the health and wellness of our own team members.
