This role can be based in the Richardson/Dallas, TX area or anywhere in the Western U.S., with the ideal incumbent being based close to a major airport in the continental United States.How You'll Help Us Connect The World:

As a member of our Power and Cabinet Product Management Team, you will provide pre and post-sales technical support to customers for our portfolio of Power & Cabinet solutions. As a member of Product Line Management, you will support customers throughout the solution adoption and deployment process to ensure that solutions are successfully implemented into customer networks. This position includes, but is not limited to the following:Pre and post-sales technical supportDevelop product training materialsConduct training sessions with customersManage customer trials of solutionsWork with customers to troubleshoot issues in the fieldWork with the sales team on developing product forecastsEvaluate competitive product solutionsThe ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Cabinets & DC Power systems, with the technical abilities to serve as a trusted advisor to Equipment Engineers and Installation Contractors across customer markets.Soft skills abilities to support pre-sales activities at CTO, Director, and Equipment Engineering levels; teamwork to provide feedback and recommendations on new product development as well as enhancements to existing products; and proficiency in effectively communicating and conveying information to Installers, Customers, Engineers, and the PLM team to ensure clear understanding and successful outcomes are essential.Required Qualifications for Consideration:

High School Diploma3 or more years' experience in Field Application Engineering or similar roleSolid communication skills including writing skills and fluencyPresentation skills to support customer-facing meetings & trainingsSkilled at planning and ability to pay attention to detailsAbility to effectively work within a team environmentAbility to perform field workTravel may be required up to 50% of the timeYou Will Excite Us If You Have:
