Responsibilities
Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more salesCoordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basisResearch information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answeredHelp clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involvedCoordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timelyQualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate LicenseWilling and able to spend a lot of time drivingDriven, motivated and desires professional growthSelf motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyTechnologically proficient and able to learn new programs with easeCompensation
