Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the reactive programming stack, especially WebFlux, and possess a deep understanding of Spring JPA. Your commitment to test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI) will be pivotal in producing software of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and the WebFlux reactive programming stack.Collaborate with the architecture and development teams to ensure consistent and efficient design patterns.Ensure robustness and stability of applications by implementing TDD and CI best practices.Implement and maintain Spring JPA for efficient database interactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Java development.Expertise in reactive programming, especially with the Webflux stack.Thorough knowledge of Spring JPA.Strong experience in implementing TDD and CI best practices.Familiarity with modern software architecture and microservices design patterns.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.A team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
