Position Overview

WebMD is seeking a Programmatic Analyst to join our Programmatic and Data Solutions team. This position will work to support WebMD's programmatic sales efforts, monetization optimizations, and revenue recognition processes across our programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, a proven ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to adapt to the ever-changing programmatic landscape. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing large datasets and extracting insights from them. The position involves sales support, cross-team communications, project execution, and tracking program deliverables.

Responsibilities Include

Managing the creation and maintenance of private marketplace deals within WebMD’s supply side platformsProducing regular reports on private marketplace deal performanceWorking with WebMD advertisers to identify and resolve transactional issues affecting private marketplace dealsOverseeing monthly billing and revenue recognition processes for private marketplace deals and programmatic partnersMaintaining regular reporting across multiple supply side platforms and header bidding partners, producing analysis and providing recommendations on yield optimizationsWorking to provide operational support on WebMD data initiativesAnalyzing overall site monetization across multiple revenue channels

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-year work experience required in digital/traditional media, operations and sales support preferredPrevious experience working with supply side platforms, ad servers, and data management platforms a strong plusAbility to conduct ad hoc data analysisExperience working with Salesforce a strong plusVery detail orientedComfortable working in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with numerous internal teamsSkilled at project tracking and executionExcellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong ability to be responsible, accountable and result-drivenBS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
