Position Summary

The Principal, Data Analyst is a vital member of the Supply Chain Transformation Program Management team, which is tasked with successfully orchestrating and deploying automation workstreams across Perishable, Fulfillment, and Ambient networks. This role is pivotal in developing sophisticated tools and processes that augment stakeholder effectiveness, creating data flows and dashboards for KPI tracking, and supporting key programs such as On-Time Delivery projects and Case per Hour improvements.

This position is located in Bentonville, AR and may travel up to 25% of the time.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Tools Development: Design and implement tools that enhance the effectiveness of stakeholders and facilitate the identification, measurement, and investigation of key performance indicators (KPIs).Dashboard Development: Create intuitive data flows and dashboards that enable real-time tracking and analysis of program performance.Program Support: Provide data analysis support on various programs related to automation deployments.Risk Management: Focus on program execution by developing new data tools that identify, assess, and mitigate risks.Standardization: Champion standardization of data tools and processes across different networks to ensure a consistent approach to data analysis and reporting.Resource Management: Serve as the primary hub for resources related to data for automation deployments, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

You will succeed in this role if you haveTechnical ProficiencyData Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and the use of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.Visualization Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to create intuitive dashboards.Automation Knowledge: Understanding of automation processes and how to best utilize data in such environments.

Strong Communication SkillsStakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, often coordinating with different departments or teams.

Project Management SkillsTime Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver on deadlines.Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
