As the General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive team. You will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the travel industry.

General Counsel Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where practicing.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and counsel to senior executives and management teams.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing the travel industry, including consumer protection, privacy, and international travel regulations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
