Paul Hobbs Wines seeks a proactive and success-driven individual to join its Marketing team. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and creative marketing for Viña Cobos and a new brand to be launched in 2025.

Examples of responsibilities (not limited to those listed below):

Brand management:

Acts as primary brand guardian; educates/trains sales team and distributors on brand positioning/standards.Oversees the day-to-day logistics & communications.Leads route to market efforts for new and existing brands across all channels.Supports in-market activations in key markets.Leads the evaluation of marketing activity to determine ROI and effectiveness and helps the organization understand how activity builds long-term brand equity.Elevates consumer / trade equity for brands via design/execution of consumer and trade strategies (e.g., pricing, packaging, innovation, promotion, public relations, advertising/digital marketing, and special events).Oversees assets and organizational management in executing digital brands ecommerce, email, and direct mail marketing, paid advertising and video production.

Brand messaging:

Leads development of brand messaging.Develops educational tools that will reinforce consistent brand messaging across all channels.Leads creative and content development (i.e., photography, videography, website, newsletter) as well as the design, production and management of portfolio assets and collateral to support each brand's core positioning.

Annual brand execution:

Leads strategy and execution of wine release programs for DTC and wholesale channels.Leads content creation supporting web, social and PR activities.Leads digital strategy across platforms (website); supports in social media execution.

Basic job requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in a marketing or sales role, preferably in a luxury environment.Bachelor’s degree or higher, marketing or communications emphasis preferred. Proficiency in spoken Spanish as a second language.Proficient in all MS office - word, excel, ppt., and all adobe creative suite.Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., or a 9L case of wine.
