1818 Carew St., Ste. 260. Fort Wayne, INOffice hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 7am – 6pmFlexible hours available to accommodate work life balanceCall Schedule is minimal
as all calls are supported by dedicated on-site nursing staff. On call physician typically get 2-7 calls per week. Virtually, no night calls.
Allows for great work/life balance!
The TeamGroup consists of
5 physicians and 2 APPs
that are dedicated to providing quality team-based care to adults with chronic conditions throughout Northeast Indiana.Excellent provider/staff/team collaboration environment promoting a positive working atmosphere.Parkview HealthProudly committed to bringing the
