Our Creative Department is a part of the global marketing team. We’re a group of creative pioneers on a mission to unleash the potential of the brand. As a Senior Studio Artist at Bose, you’ll lean on well-honed design instincts to bring the brand across a variety of channels and assets. You’ll work hand in hand with other studio members, UX, Studio Manager and business leads to deliver creative that gets results – from product pages, editorial content, emails, social media, in-app messaging, landing pages and more.Responsibilities
You’ll be a part of our Creative Studio, a group of designers and writers who specialize in many of our channels across digital and print. This focused group delivers on the specific needs of brand channels, including packaging, reseller, email/in-app, site, and editorial. Individuals in this group are owning and honing the craft to bring to life our brand’s assets in multiple shapes and sizes across the customer journey.What Describes You
You love design. You understand the power of design. You are thoughtful about how things show up in different formats and understand the nuances that go into creating and re-creating. You translate creative direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.You’re a curious learner. You have a contagious curiosity for all-things digital, from apps and platforms to emerging tech. You’re skeptical of “the way we do things.” You’re eager to learn things you don’t already know. You are always learning and progressing. You challenge yourself both personally and professionally.You enjoy bringing a brand to life. You will execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. With input from Art Directors and Creative Directors you’ll push to ensure each piece delivers on organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.You seek collaboration. You’re easy to work with and have strong social and communication skills that ensure you understand, relate to, and connect with our customers, and your team. You will manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.You’re you. 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agencyProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC/XD, Sketch)Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsBonus points if you have strong print capabilitiesBose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
