This role is responsible for the modification to and/or implementation of new and complex configurations spanning multiple modules in the QNXT system.

Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupport the managed care transaction system configuration changes and new configuration requirements including configuration analysis, design, build and test. Configuration support to include, but not limited to provider data management, provider contracts and benefit plans.Ability to work with technical staff for data load validation, QMU tool testing and other data related tasks as assigned.Ability to handle fluctuating volumes of work and be able to weight complexity for all requests received, prioritize competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, coordinate with others to accomplish tasks and problem solve in order to meet the needs of the business units.Conduct unit testing to ensure design meets specifications as it relates to product upgrades or new releases, benefit updates, contract updates.Participate in QNXT application upgrades.Collaborate with team members to share experience and knowledge.Create and modify documentation to support configuration processes.Serve as a resource in troubleshooting mid-level claim issues.Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated as a guiding principle.Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.Build strong relationships and infrastructures that designate Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a people-first organization.Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred.
