We look forward to receiving your application!HOW YOU WILLSOAR:The Associate Account Manager owns the primary relationship with clients. Works with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, participation, and earnings objectives. Supports small group markets. Identifies client specific issues and opportunities, identifies solutions, and may lead resolution working with other operational areas.Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and concernsBuild and maintain relationships with the clientsProcess system setup, updates, and configuration for clientsCoordinate, lead, and execute client plan renewal and open enrollmentAchieving revenue, growth, and renewal goalsOther duties as assigned25% nationwide travelIF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Sales0-2 years of applicable experienceExcellent analytical skills with a proactive natureStrong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlinesAn affinity for accuracy and efficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skillsAn aptitude for prioritization and multi-taskingStrong collaboration skillsA drive to learn and apply new concepts quicklyAbility to prioritize numerous tasksExperience with Salesforce CRM preferredInspira Financial provides health, wealth, retirement, and benefits solutions that strengthen and simplify the health and wealth journey.
